RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS
At Rosie Pope Maternity, we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products. Attention to design, materials and construction are our priority. We carefully inspect your order prior to shipment; upon receipt, please inspect your purchase and notify us of any damage immediately.
If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason and the item is not final sale (see below), we will gladly accept your unworn, unwashed merchandise for return or exchange by MAIL ONLY within 30 days of the date of purchase. Unfortunately, at this time we cannot accept returns of merchandise purchased online returned to our stores. Please note that you may not be refunded for the shipping cost of the original purchase.
In addition, while we are excited to offer Amazon Prime members FREE 2-day shipping on eligible items purchased, we cannot yet offer free return shipping on those items.
To complete a return or exchange, please follow these steps
- Carefully pack your unwashed and unworn item(s), including the tags and in the original packaging if possible.
- Print out and include a copy of your order confirmation email or a copy of the invoice included with your shipment.
- Indicate the reason for your return, the items you would like in exchange (if any) and a contact phone number.
- Ship the package to the following address, paying all postage at the time of shipment:

Be sure to keep a copy of your shipping details, including tracking number.
We will process your return or exchange within ten (10) business days after the item is received. If you have any questions or issues with your return, please contact us at email@example.com.
In the case of an eligible return, you will be credited for the purchase price to your original form of payment.
Eligible exchange requests will be processed as available. If you have requested an exchange for an item that is not currently available, your request will be processed as a return. Rosie Pope Maternity will pay the delivery charge on your first exchange, with subsequent exchange deliveries charged at the standard rate.
If your item was described as 'Final Sale' or if you have purchased an item using a promo code, it is deemed "Final Sale" and may not be returned or exchanged.
Please note that items purchased in our store are subject to the in-store return policy, which is posted in the store.
